type='text'>Fate of Tigers

Sometimes I think that people who are supposed to or predict themselves as, they know everything about, with what they are related to, are mostly wrong in their assumptions.
Regarding this I want to tell a fact which I have noticed few days back having a holiday spending some time in a circus near our locality. All of you must know that there are so many things to watch in a circus and the first thing that will come in our mind hearing the names of a circus are the animal shows. The shows that are done with the animals like tigers, elephants, horses and others, but the most attractive are the tiger show. Everybody wants to see this part that how these flesh eaters do their tricks with a human being and everyone continue their eagerness to know how a human being can train a tiger that are the most dangerous carnivorous animal in today’s world.

Now let’s come to the story where I realized that people who train their animals in the circus mostly are not aware of the facts of the animal nature, with whom they are exactly dealing with. Before starting the show, the trainer told us some words about the particular tiger with which he was organizing the show and also about the natures of these kinds of endangered species. The trainer was really pretending to be well known about the natural facts of the tigers, which in my view was really a blunder and total non sense.

He told :

=======
1. The tiger does not have a good memory.
2. They are not intelligent. They cannot memorize anything but whatever they does is because of their instinct. (In this special term, according to knowledge that I have gained by making studies on the tigers behavior is that, in reality they are quiet intelligent animals and posses a good memory. )
3. Tigers are not afraid of fire. (This is nothing but a flat lie because there is nobody, no living being who cannot get frightened of the fire. Even human beings who discovered fire are also afraid of it, so how can be a tiger will not get frightened of the fire? Is this really possible?)
Even one thing which I noticed was the trainer was really a hard core professional and did not have any sort of closeness or intimacy with the tiger but he tried to show the audience that how much loyal is the tiger to him.
In my view, people who generally pet the animal, no matter which animal he/she is bringing up or raring should pose an intimacy and lovable relationship with that animal. Without love no animal can be treated well or trained well. Animals are not machines that anybody will program them according to their will.
But I think the trainer does not have any love for the tiger. Humorously I found that the tiger was not at all listing to the command of her master. It was quiet unnatural. Do you know when does this happen?

Answer:

======
When the animal is not properly fed or either they get ignorance from their trainer.
Instead of that I found a person at the back side of the tent was actually showing affection to the tiger before the beginning of the show. What will you say about this?
Now a day, it is really good that in some countries shows with animals in the circus are banned by the government.
There are only few tigers left in the world. It is said that before there were 100000 populations of tigers in the whole world which have now came down to 6000. Still people are making deals with their skin and doing illegal hunting as well as shows with them. Every year in the countries like India 2 or 3 cases about the tigers at least are noticed, either they become victims of poachers or does not get proper care from the forest department. Every year it is been seeing in the news paper that the tigers die due to the medical negligence of the forest veterinary department.
What is this? These tigers are also living beings. What did they do to get such a careless treatment from the human beings? Just think, if humans are taught like this then what will happen? Will ever human being understand this?

Is It Worthy??

Now a day’s world’s economic condition is becoming so terrible that what will happen in the future nobody predicts..the main concern of the people are their jobs…yesterday I was reading a journal based on economy and its main point was about getting a suitable job in this trembling market condition…as in today’s scenario it has quite become hard and much more harder to find a single employment…specially the blue collar and white collar people are losing their jobs day by day…but those who are really business minded people are still profiting… driving the condition of these poor people to a complete uncertainty…it is now in the rumor that people who are creative are getting the jobs…what is the definition of creative? What is creativity? Keeping complete respect for the people who really belongs to the creative world..And personally not in the mood of hearting them from the core of my heart I have a question to them (who is so called making the rumor) that...Yes it is okay to get a okay type job..Maybe not for a good salary for those who are solely creative in their mind and heart… is really a good option for them…but what about them who are not creative in nature..Maybe they can but is not in a condition to do certain jobs that are related to creative world …mean to say …to do a creative job they have to learn the process..They have to do the training …may have to spend some money..But my concern is people who do not have money to pay the fees of their children, people who are staying out of their houses …spending nights in their cars..Just because they are unable to pay their loan...shall again take loans to study new thing…which is completely out of their job track…the track where they spend most of the time of their lives doing jobs in their so called the then big shots companies of the world??
What is the solution then? Can anyone say or define it to me…am I saying completely illogical way? Please give me one single reason for it!!

A Review...

After a long gap I am back again…hoping to write something which will make me feel that something I tried to write…
So many things happened during these span of time in the world…specially economic downturn...there are so many who lost their jobs…big shots collapsed…resulting so many layoffs ….increasing criminal activities all over the world …committing suicides…selling properties and all those staffs that relates to this sudden economic uncertainties…companies like Merrill Lynch, Layman Brothers failed disastrously…which was quite shocking to world economic scenario…but still the condition is pretty much stabilized now..Thanks to Obama Govt. they considered to give bailouts to such huge big shots…but again the banks started to fell down…banks like Washington Mutual failed…due to this trembling situation of those banks and companies they were compelled again to lay off their employees…people’s mortgages went to their banks..People were forced to sell off their houses and properties...Everywhere was found to see boards hanging written ‘FOR SALE’…isn’t it shocking? Some told depression about to start…some told the situation is itself in depression…people are now thinking how to survive…in a year there about 1.2 million people who lost their employments…most of them who don’t have place to live…don’t have roof on their head are leaving in their cars in the streets..Unable to send their children to schools…always thinking how to survive…isn’t this pretty much shocking? Rather this is to me much more horrified than watching a most thrilling horror movie in the TV…
What do you say regarding this …how will you manage to survive in this kind of situation, if it happens to you??? According to a political scientist “man is a social animal and nobody lives without society, anyone who lives without/ outside of a society is more than a human being or beyond it”. And it is the man who made politics to carry on his own betterment and not only this he also set up some social organizations including offices to run his country as well as his family well.

As the office is a part of society and a social organization and plays an important role to groom the social structures so it is for sure that it is not outside of politics also. But the people who work in the office are not like the actual politicians who run the government as the representative of the common people …but these white collar people sometimes does politics in their office may be for their employers or may be for their own benefit .

Office politics sometimes becomes quite hard to tackle with because most of the employees are not politically efficient they try to keep themselves aloof from the political conspiracies going against them done by their colleagues but they could only resist till a certain point of time …after that they are forced to compel themselves to mingle into a dirty office politics… it is often becomes suffocating for them who are actually good and are devoted to their job… but who will resist, those who are the nasty politicians under the veil of a efficient(pretending) hard working guys in the office?

Office politics are of different types… it depends on the players who plays these dirty games…
Mainly politics are done to gain one’s own power among others (competitors)…sometimes to show their powers and sometimes to play the game just only for a purpose of amusement and to create mental agony + survival pressure on the others (victims). Sometimes people who don’t able to endure with the situation can even risks their lives and sometimes they commits suicide also… dealing with a hard politics is not a small thing to swallow for anyone who already dealt with it.

There are certain pros and cons of this ill practice…to be mentioned just for the information...

Pros:

=======

1. People often take it as a fun for themselves.

Cons:

=======
1. Considering other’s emotions as a fun or amusement for own selves are not always good …the one who is getting ill behavior or becoming the victims of the nasty politics might sometime take it so serious that no one know what will be the outcome of it.

2. To do nasty politics staying within the office is not at all a good or healthy practice for one who is actually doing this… the result of doing such things may not be always good …he/she might have to repay for their own deeds.

3. People who do this job are not sometimes actually in a mood of defending others but to make a gig or fun of others…their colleagues.

Suggestions:-

===========

Do not engage yourselves in such bad things try to create and maintain a healthy relationships among yourselves. Politics among the colleagues will not do any certain good… only way to manage everything is dealing with the situation with good thoughts and applying tactics but with immense efficiency.

NB. This post is not to hurt any one personally. This is my personal observation only. :)

Festive Season...

Just after the ‘Durga Puja’ there comes ‘Lakshmi Puja’. Among all other festivals there is another huge festival that all over the people of the country enjoys is…”Durga Puja”. It is one of the most big and lively festival within India… though it is been mainly celebrated in West Bengal… but all parts of the country enjoys this” Puja” (worship) with huge celebration and with full of joy. This festival comes at the end of the year mostly in the months of September – October. In this festival Goddess Devi Durga is been worshipped and it is been said in the Hindu religion that this time Devi Durga comes with her 4 children to visit her maternal home on the earth from “Kailash”… which is an imaginary place where Devi Durga lives with her husband Lord Shiva… this festival is a Hindu festival but there is no such restrictions of enjoying this festival… every people enjoys this festival equally…

In Kolkata and in other parts of the country this Puja is been celebrated with full of lives and with immense enjoyment… and in several areas in Kolkata “Pandals” are made where the Idol of Goddess Durga is been worshipped… people from everywhere visits these pandals to say their prayers and to see Goddess Durga and to invite her cordially to the world of humans… this is believed that when Devi comes She spreads love and fraternity all over the places on the earth and creates peace and secures Her worshippers and devotees from every kind of evils and ominous forces…

In Kolkata this festival is been said as the “Festival of Joy” and delights everybody specially the children… this festival is quite a long awaited festival for everyone. People wait a whole year only for this festival. Specially Bengali s enjoys this festival immensely and buys new cloths for themselves and for their friend and relatives and exchange presents among each other’s and gives treat to their friends and relatives with different delicious foods and desserts… like: luchi (a kind of fried bread), alur dom (potato curry), shukto( a kind of vegetable curry), beguni (egg plant / brinjal fry), polao / ghee bhat( fried rice), kopi and potoler danla( a cauliflower curry), ilish mach bhaja / bhape / doi ilish( Ilesha fish) , chingri macher malaikari ( shrimp ‘s curry) etc..And in desserts they takes roshogolla , mishit doi, nolen gurer shondesh,etc and lastly they end with pan as a mint.

But before the beginning of the celebration they believe the starting of Devi Pokhsha which actually starts from the time of “Mahalaya” and this indicates the end of “Pitri pokhsha” and starting of “Devi pokhsha” when the Puja of Goddess Durga happens. This puja lasts for 5 days… the first day is called ‘Panchumi’, second day as ‘Shoshti’, third day as ‘Shaptumi’, forth day as’ Ashtumi’ and fifth day as ‘Nabami’ and the last day when the puja ends that day is called as ‘Bijoya’ and this is the most important as well as sorrowful day for everybody because it is said that on this day Devi returns to Her home in Kailash and after a long gap of a year She will visit once again…. This day the festival finally ends and this is mainly a thanks giving day where everybody bids thanks to one another and does “Pronam “to the elders and men also does “kolakuli” with one another to create brotherhood and fraternity among themselves for the rest of the year and to maintain peace among themselves.This is how for a year Puja ends and countdown starts for the next year for this festival to come once again in their lives and again to spread happiness among the people…whether they are rich or poor or of different religion or of different customs…

Global Warming.....to think!!!

Today the global warming has become a great issue for the world…there are many people who are searching the root causes of this and on the basis of this they found some mind blowing facts… which are quite threatening to our existence in the world. There are plenty of unknown facts that are yet to be revealed…yet to be unturned. But man is still trying hard to find out the root causes according to his limits. He is every day trying to excavate new things but still there are so many things that are left to do….
If we take the example of the incidents of different inventions of till now that what was been done by the mankind…we will find that still now what man had done gives us certain matter of study and also from where we can get at least some clues related to it. There are many facts which are still not invented. Though it is been said by many expeditors or the inventors that they had revealed many truths……..but the fact is that there is no exact cause that is been given…which can only arise a question ….do they really know the truth? The truth of the diminishing of so many civilizations from the heart of the world … because there are no such evidences that can be traced from these… are they aware of the fact that due to what reason these civilizations came under destruction? Can anybody who is attach with the expeditions tell that what made those big and so called famous civilizations to come to their uncertain future of the past? I had gone through an article where it has been depicted the picture of the collapse of the Egyptian Civilization and where it has been said that the fact of the collapse of this civilization was not a foreign invasion or not because of the involvement in a major war or of any kind of military activities or any sort of isolation from the rest of the world caused by certain natural barriers … but instead of all these root causes of the collapse what is been ultimately said was the Social Revolution. It has been also said that the entire structure of the then Egyptian society was destroyed. It is also said regarding this was …the chaos which took place within the society turned the entire civilization again into a complete boorishness.
Not only the Egyptian Civilization but also many other big Civilizations unlike this contains several different views and predictions and plenty of comments are been made regarding their diminishment which can come under contradictions and also quite debating...but still no such conclusion can be extracted from those various comments that are actually made by the famous historians or by the other related persons to this…

Still there are so many questions left which are yet to be revealed and is still very much difficult to find out their answers. Different people have different thoughts…….some of them states their views by finding some new materials or elemental proofs from the dark debris of those Civilizations and some of them are who only try to conjecture the root causes of destruction.
But nobody is even been able to give the final answer of all these questions. Even I am also trying to find out these answers and circling around within the same loop … still to know many facts and am trying to find out the actual answer….

Remembering Incidents....

Isn’t it strange sometimes that so many things happen within the world on a same time one after another … and that becomes the news of day to day phenomenon? Whether that might be the news of destruction or the news of construction… but the world goes on… for a particular time period the news contains certain values for everyone or creates some interest … but with the passing of time and days that news which was the centre of interests for everyone turns fade… nobody remembers it… but if I turn around the other side of the same coin then there will be noticed that there are many such incidents that took place before in many parts of the world are still contains much values as well as are still meaningful to the world… news may be of new experiments or terrible devastations or any sort of criminal activities or any kind of natural incidents whatever they might be are always remains within the memories of the world …these incidents people are compelled to recollect every time as the resemblance happens every moment… what to do? If we take the example of natural phenomena then that might be categorized under the “laws of nature”… but if we take the incidents of terrorist’s attacks then we can’t say it as a natural one… because those are manmade incidents.
Another thing that occurs simultaneously with these incidents … are the criticisms or in some cases are of appreciation… both are the two sides of the same coin…let’s take, an incident has the occurred and on regard to this some sect of people appreciates it and some of the others criticize it… both happen side by side but nobody thinks that for what they are actually doing all these? Are these incidents would change the figure or will remain the same… what about those who faced these situations… or what will happen to them who suffered from these… does anybody really think of it? ………… What’s your view?

Frustrated Psychology...

There are some people in the world whose psychology is not been recognized by any body!!
Rather I can say it’s quite hard to determine them… their sentiments, their emotions, their opinions and last but not the least their view about the others…I personally think that their psychology is very much complex…they don’t treat people even their near and dear ones with true respect, love or with any kind of sympathy or an attachment…all what they think is all about themselves and about their own problem…these people does not remain satisfied or does not make others satisfy…they only belongs to their own…not for anybody not for their own families and not for any near ones…these kind of people are mainly self oriented person…they always think about their own benefits no matter what happens with the others…but they only cares about themselves…people think of them as very selfish and ruthless in nature…but I must say regarding this that these type of people are actually mentally sick…
If I say then it’s better that if any symptom of this kind is visible within any body then it will be good to visit to a proper Psychiatrist…really these sect of people need proper treatment…the main symptoms are….

1) Person will feel jealous of others…who so ever...Does not matter at all.

2) He / She will predict that everybody is jealous of them… (That which is actually not in real case)

3) He / She will suffer from immense feel of either superiority complex or of inferiority complex.

4) They will easily express their emotions and feelings in front of everyone.

5) They will try hard to insult others who ever they are…

6) They will always feel insecure from others and will always think that all people / or any particular person / persons are trying to do bad to them… (Alas! This will never happen coz; people don’t have so much time to do any harm to others…who are actually of their near ones...)

7) They may sometime would pretend to be quite or very much familiar to the other s actually what they are not.

8) They will express their anxiety / anger in front of their near ones.

9) They will always try to do harm to their targeted person whom they does not like at all…

10) They will always try to involve themselves in doing dirty politics with others.

So lastly before I shall conclude I would like to say…please visit to a Psychiatrist if these all happens to you or with anybody else.

I am insisting all of you because in my personal life I know someone who is suffering from this terrible problem…but not taking any sort of proper measures to resolve this problem…what to do? What makes them to work whole day…without having food properly…concentrating deeply into their work…devoting themselves completely…
Why do people work? Do they work for their own or to gain mental satisfaction or to feed their families their near and dear ones or just they are bound to do some activity as per nature’s rule…what? What drags them to work? Is it purely driven by the system of the society or by their self realization or will? In the past history our ancestors used to work for to feed their families…they worked for their survival…some did farming and some did other works…but at that time they lived a peaceful life…
But now the picture has changed…even still now to say clearly people are doing their jobs in their own fields very efficiently but still their remained a dissatisfaction…we can’t predict any person that he / she is completely happy with their work status…this is all happening just because of tremendous competition…every body is trying to gain wealth and prosperity as much as they can but nobody is thinking about the real fact…they are turning into a machine…their work culture and procedure is nothing different than a machine…yes, they might are earning for their families but they are not been able to give as much time to their near ones…these days work culture used to run like, in this manner say…a person after almost a sleepless night wakes up in the morning, have his breakfast and then run to the office…this I am telling about the office going people to those busy people who don’t have time for their families…after a long work.. suppose starting from the morn at 8 o’ clock till evening at 8:30 these people returns to their home with immense pressure and fatigue and tiredness…their health does not permit them to work or to think on the extra topic they even don’t get time to speak to their children and wives..They come like a guest who is very tired dare to sleep in their own house without any obstruction and then after having their dinner finally go to sleep, again on the next day the same case happens and it starts to repeat day after day…
These people don’t be able to maintain social relationships just because of their jobs their wish to achieve the highest position in their field and just because of the craziness for their work…can anybody state that what makes them work so much? What will bring peace in their mind and they will be able to make out a little time for their families? What happens to their families and their near ones when they see their man is working throughout the whole day without giving any attention towards them??What’s the reason behind it? Why there is so much competition?? Why the people can’t spend their times with doing all sorts of activities including their jobs simultaneously…like their own ancestors did before…why? Balancing everything simultaneously is really necessary to maintain a good and healthy relationship with the near ones. Isn’t it true? Can anybody justify this?

Introduction...

I am Priyanka. A Bengali girl from Kolkata (India)…who have come abroad to create her future…this might be quite not important to all of you...you people might have think that every person have their own future… so, what’s new in it? But in this respect I would like to say that my example is bit different…I had always and even still now some wish to do something new and different…
I was a simple girl who was born and brought up in a very conservative family at Kolkata…never known about her future…what she would do? What is her motto of life? What’s her view? etc..etc..She only learnt that after completing her education…she will get married..and become depressed always of thinking that she doesn’t have anything to do…she had an idea that after marriage life stops…no one can be able to create their own destiny…the only thing that remains is to work for the family and to devote themselves completely by and for the family people…this was her trauma…as she never get out of the fact that the modern life style has completely changed…coz she only saw the restricted and dominating side of the society but not of the today’s fact…
As usual after she completed her graduation she got married to a person whom her elders selected for her…she was frightened of…what would happen after marriage? But her thought was completely turned wrong by her husband…he is a very caring and darling man…with full of affection and love and have an attachment to his wife…it’s because of him I came abroad and now creating a site pranayan.org by myself and daily writing about Japanese language and its culture…its now have become a complete involvement and I am enjoying this work a lot….what ever happened and those what I have achieved is all because of my husband…Utsab.
